This is my new favorite dress! The only thing that could make this the PERFECT dress would be pockets! The skirt is extremely flowey but the lining on the inside will keep you from exposing your shorts. The neckline does come down low but doesn’t gape open when you bend over. (The reason being is from how the waist is cut and sewn together.) The length is perfect just barely covering my knees. The is the dress you want in EVERY color! LOVE THIS DRESS!
