Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you'd like to purchase on calledtosurf.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.
WHAT TO BRING FOR PICKUP: When picking up your order, please bring a confirmation and a valid ID.
If an item or items are cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and or phone call and your method of payment will be refunded.

We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached.
To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip.
Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Called to Surf is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing. We recommend all items are either dry-cleaned or hand washed with cold water.
Orders are shipped within two to four business days after the order is placed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
We do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, just return your item(s) and purchase the item(s) you would like through the site.
We will credit your card within 3 to 5 days after we receive the return to our store.
Returns may be mailed to the address below (or if you live close to our retail store you can drop off returns there and they will be delivered to the returns office for refund).
