Returns
Online Returns
We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In-Store Pickup
Provo and Lehi Locations
Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase on calledtosurf.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and/or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

The dress is definitely brown and does not have the hint of orange like the picture shows. The orange was a major factor in my purchase, so that is disappointing. I also cannot seem to figure out how to tie the dress as shown in the picture, even with help from others. I got the dress for an occasion where I will either be one day shy of my due date or nursing a brand new baby. For that the wrap style is perfect. It will be able to accommodate either situation. The material is beautiful, even if the color is not as expected.
Super comfortable and perfect for nursing in. The only minor drawback is that since it's a wrap dress, I'll need to wear a slip underneath so that the overlapping wrap doesn't fall open and reveal my entire leg haha. But I love the color and the texture, this will be my bridesmaids dress for a wedding!
