We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 36-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email or text will be sent or a phone call will be made in those cases.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock items an email with information will be sent. 

Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US.  Shipments may see an extended delay following a sale or other unexpected conditions.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you'd like to purchase on calledtosurf.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.

Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

Cancelations

If an item or items are cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will be refunded.

Q: Why is it added automatically to my shopping cart?

A: The Redo shipping insurance is automatically added to your shopping cart because it protects your order after it leaves our facility.
