Returns
Online Returns
We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In-Store Pickup
Provo and Lehi Locations
Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase on calledtosurf.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and/or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

United StatesI wanted to love this dress.
I have loved the dresses they have in the past but this one wasn’t wearable. The little pin that holds the v neck in place was too low and it exposed everything if you bend over. It needs another one in my opinion and if that was fixed I might have kept it. The neck lays funny open and since the velvet is so luxurious it cheapened the look of it. Wish the neck was fixed differently.

I was on the hunt for a dark green velvet dress, that had POCKETS and wasn’t going to be uncomfortable after wearing it an hour. This fit all my requests and more! It’s beautiful and so comfortable with the stretchy waistband. It has pockets (as every dress should in my opinion). And the overlay floral design is so perfect and it’s really eye catching in the light. Great dress over all. The front is also nursing friendly as well!
