Returns
Online Returns
We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In-Store Pickup
Provo and Lehi Locations
Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase on calledtosurf.com select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and/or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

I have LOVED these boots. From the second I saw them come into the store I KNEW I had to have them. I would say they run a tad big so size down half a size for the perfect fit. I will be wearing these all winter with all of my sweaters. Im usually anywhere from a 7.5-8 and got a 7.5 in this boot.

It took so long for my boots to arrive (about a month) and when they did, the delivery guy didn’t leave it at my door and instead left it at the post office. So delivery was so annoying and I had to go out of my way to get it. And then all of that just to find out they’re too small. A lot of reviews said size down, Usually I’m an 8 so I got a 7 1/2 and they’re too small. Very disappointed that I have to send them back and wait who knows how long to get another pair back. Also careful as they are really slippery on hardwood floor. They are really cute though and I love all CalledToSurf products!! Just an upsetting experience this round

I have been searching for a low bootie for a while that was not too chunky and it looks so stylish on. Only issue was it was too big but once they restocked I managed to snag a size 7 and exchange with no issues! They are perfect, the quality is superb, they look good with both loose fitting and tight jeans and many different tops. Will probably buy the white ones next
